New boss takes over at weekly Times series

Rachel Sharp has been appointed editor of the Times series, covering the London boroughs of Harrow, Ealing and Hillingdon.

Rachel has had a long association with the Times, having previously been chief reporter.

She took on the role when the Harrow Times, Ealing Times and Hillingdon Times were brought together to form the Harrow Times Series, produced from offices in Watford.

The Ealing and Hillingdon titles had previously been produced in High Wycombe as part of the Bucks Free Press - where Rachel began her career as a trainee.

She has also worked as a reporter on the Hillingdon Times.

The 37-year-old, (pictured), said she was pleased to have been given her first editorship.
