Evening Mail boosts web interactivity

The North West Evening Mail has added a series of new features to its website to make it more interactive.

www.nwemail.co.uk now has its own discussion forums in addition to the readers' comments section at the end of each article, allowing readers to air their views on issues that are important to them - even if they are not making the headlines.

There are separate forums for different subjects, with dedicated Memories pages where readers can reminisce about old times and track down friends, a business forum, sections for football and rugby and a youth forum for younger readers.

Readers can also keep up-to-date by signing up to a new e-mail system to receive free bulletins about news, sport, business or What's On.

And they can access content from the entire paper on screen as they would in print, by subscribing to the Evening Mail's digital edition at www.nwemail.co.uk/digitalcopy.
