New 'mansized' online venture for former Post Internet editor

A former Internet editor of the Nottingham Evening Post has launched a new online venture aimed at men "who think with more than their trousers".

Will Callaghan worked in Nottingham for three years, becoming editor of thisisnottingham.co.uk in 1999.

Later he took up the editorship of menshealth.co.uk, and has now set up his own publishing company, Soma Digital Ltd.

The first site launched by the company is mansized.co.uk, which Will says is aimed at men who have more on their minds than just sport, cars and girls.

It follows extensive research of the male online audience.

Will said: "All men want to be Mansized. We've done our homework and this is the result."

The site uses the company's own bespoke content management and message board system, and includes breaking news, DVD and movie reviews and answers from fitness, sex, work and life experts.

It also has a lively message board covering a variety of topics such as fatherhood, quitting smoking and depression.
