Teesside Evening Gazette reporter Will Sutton has helped to raise more than £3,000 for a statue in memory of football legend Brian Clough, after completing his second bungee jump in two months.
The daring reporter was one of 65 'jumpers' to dive head-first off of Middlesbrough's famous Transporter Bridge at an event in aid of the Brian Clough Memorial Fund.
He had already had a taste of what to expect after leaping from the famous 180ft bridge in a test jump in June, but said he wasn't any less nervous the second time around.
Will said: "It was just as hard the second time. It wasn't any easier but I had to do it to save face.
"I always knew I would do it. The blood rushed to my head and afterwards I looked like I had been crying because my eyes swelled up."
Unlike last time, Will completed his jump in front of a 150-strong crowd which had gathered to cheer all the 'jumpers' on.
He also filmed his jump with a hand-held video recorder, with the footage then uploaded to the paper's website, www.gazettelive.co.uk.
Will said: "The editor asked me to take the camera with me when I jumped off.
"He asked if I would strap it to my head but I declined and instead strapped it to my hand with masking tape!
"I knew it would be a bit blurred, but you can hear me screaming like Alan Partridge shouting 'Oh God, oh God'.
The money raised by Will and his fellow volunteers means more than £30,000 has now been raised to build a bronze statue of Brian Clough in Middlesbrough's Albert Park.
The fund was set up 18 months ago in memory of the former Middlesbrough striker, and Will has been reporting on its progress ever since.
