The Norwich Evening News is to hold a charity Press Ball.

It is hoping to raise money for the city's SOS Bus project, which provides a safe haven for people out on the streets and in trouble late at night.

The Press Ball will be held at Sprowston Manor on Friday, November 24, with a 'Winter Wonderland' theme.

And as well as raising funds through ticket sales, there will also be an auction to boost the charity coffers.

Archant's Evening News held its first Press Ball three years ago, and raised more than £11,000 for cancer care charity The Big C from the James Bond themed evening.
