Snowdon to take editor's post at Scotland on Sunday

Les Snowdon has been appointed editor of Scotland on Sunday.

He has been editor of the Sunday Times Scotland for the past three years, and will join the Johnston Press title later this year.

Prior to joining Sunday Times Scotland he had been deputy sports editor and Scottish sports editor of the Sunday Times.

He also spent four years working for The Scotsman.

Les will succeed Iain Martin, who left the paper earlier this year to join the Telegraph Group.
