Echo newshounds get on their bike for the BHF

A team of journalists from the Echo in Basildon are preparing to take part in this year's London to Southend bike ride.

Reporters Jo Bowring and Paul Offord, features writer Rebecca Peppiat and sub-editor Kate McGrath have signed for the 58-mile charity ride, which raises money for the British Heart Foundation.
