Naming honour for editor as flats are built on former news office site

A block of flats built on the former site of the Royston Crow's offices have been named after ex-editor Fred Sillence.

Fred, who died in 1999, edited for The Crow from 1965 to 1981, and continued to pen a column for the paper until shortly before he died.
