The Haverhill Weekly News has been cleared of wrongly dismissing two receptionists.
An employment tribunal threw out claims of constructive unfair dismissal against the pair, who were part-time workers, and said that the company had the right to allocate specific days of work for them.


An inquest has been told the death of former Wandsworth Borough News journalist Ted Rhodes was "tantamount to murder" if the injuries he suffered in a roadside attack hours earlier caused him to die.

An appeal to raise £25,000 for a helipad that could help save lives at the West Suffolk Hospital has been launched by the East Anglian Daily Times.
Pilots with the East Anglian Air Ambulance service currently have to land on football fields which can result in a bumpy transfer for patients as trolleys are wheeled across the grass to the hospital's A&E department.
