Media owner visits new Echo office

The proprietor of the Fishguard-based County Echo, Sir Ray Tindle, has paid a visit to the newly opened office in Brodog Court to meet the staff of the paper.

He toured the premises together with the managers from Cambrian News, which runs the title, and parent company Tindle Newspapers. The staff and managers then joined Sir Ray at the Woolfscastle Country Hotel for lunch.

Sir Ray was delighted to have the opportunity of visiting the County Echo and he wished the management and staff all good luck and every success at the new premises.

It has been ten years since Sir Ray last visited Fishguard, when he took part in the centenary celebrations of the paper.
