A gang of youths descended on the offices of the Gloucester Citizen - angry over a story that had appeared in the paper.

The Press Complaints Commission has issued new guidance covering judiciary and harassment, reminding the press that there are no circumstances in which judges can speak to them about any case over which they are presiding, or have presided, or discuss any decision they have made, or any sentence they have imposed.
