Journalism students at the University of Lincoln have launched a national student newspaper.
The National Student came out for the first time two weeks ago, and managing director Nick May is hopeful its success will grow.
The second year students contacted universities across UK, and got local student papers on board to collect stories of national interest.
Every university received just 12 copies of the first edition as Nick and his team got the paper off the ground. They plan to distribute 250,000 per edition in future.

Nick said: "It's pretty much hand-to-mouth at the moment. We are relying on advertising, and it's reasonably limited. We hope we'll get more advertisers once we have a proper copy of the paper to show them."
Although few have been able to get a copy of the paper, it has been put online in full. The website will also include special online features.
Editor Alex Walker said they started with a local, independent student newspaper in Lincoln last year, and when that went well decided to try to set up the national, which will appear monthly during term time.
Nick said: "I felt there was a definite need for a national student paper, and thought we might as well try."
The next edition will be coming out on May 13, and will be the last one this semester.
