Holdthefrontpage wants know about the best - and worst - press releases sent to your office.
One of our first candidates, for the best press release, comes from the National Crime Squad.
Established in 1998, it targets criminal organisations committing serious and organised crime which transcends national and international boundaries.
It focuses on drug trafficking, immigration crime, illegal arms trafficking, money laundering, counterfeit currency, kidnap and extortion.
But it also specialises in superb press releases.
Derby Evening Telegraph chief sub Pete Pheasant said: "I'd nominate the National Crime Squad.
"This example is typical of their fantastic efforts.
"To anyone who deals with the police, these are press releases to die for - not only names and full addresses, but dates of birth of defendants, pleas, a splash of colour, sentencing, quotes - it's hardly worth going to court!
"The NCS puts to shame every official body I've dealt with, let alone individual police forces, and blows holes in all those feeble data protection/the computer's down/the officer's not on duty excuses. We should applaud them!"
