Big Brother - and the Northern Echo - is watching

The Northern Echo is keeping a close eye on the latest round of Celebrity Big Brother - and has teamed up with psychic medium Gary Fowler.

Gary claims to know who the winner of the charity show will be and gave the Northern Echo a sealed envelope containing the answer before the six-strong line-up for the show had been announced.

He told the paper: "I have already got the answer to who is going to win it, although I can't say who it is because I don't want to sway the votes."

He has also written notes about the eventual winner which he handed to Northern Echo journalist Nick Morrison, and they will not be opened until after the show has ended.

As well as making predictions about the winner, Gary has completed a story board outlining the behaviour of each of the celebrities and made some general predictions which include some paranormal activity.

Gary said: "Late one night, whilst the housemates are sat up late talking, the kettle will switch on by itself and boil. People will question who switched the kettle on."

Throughout the show Gary's thoughts are being published daily in the Northern Echo to allow readers to keep a check on whether or not his predictions are coming true.

His predictions can also be found at www.garyfowler.com.
