'Elvis' boost for Argus

The Argus, Brighton, has launched its latest promotion On Location with the help of none other than Elvis himself.

On Location is a month long campaign taking readers to the four corners of the world following the themes of some famous old movies.

The films include:

  • Viva Las Vegas
  • The Italian Job
  • French Connection
  • Passage to India

Readers have the chance to win a holiday which fits the title of the film.

To launch week one - Viva Las Vegas - the team got a look-a-like Elvis to join the roadshow at Brighton railway station to encourage commuters to take the Argus.

The promotion lasts for four weeks and is sponsored by BAA at Gatwick.
