Steve's Oasis run-in

An Aberdeen Evening Express reporter became the latest person to feel the wrath of Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher after a review of the group's latest gig in the paper.

Steven Henry's report of the rock group's Aberdeen concert didn't go down too well with the outspoken singer after he criticised the group for not talking enough to the crowd.

The article prompted a sarcastic public response from Liam at the second gig in the city the following night.

Following the opening song Hello, Liam reached down into the 8,000-strong crowd and started asking people their names and what they had done that day.

He defiantly told fans: "Talking to the crowd between songs is boring. If you want that, go to a Travis concert."

Afterwards Steve said: "I was only saying what a lot of the crowd were thinking.

"Maybe he should watch a few Robbie Williams videos to pick up some tips."
