Role reversal for weekly journalists

The editor and deputy editor of a Hertfordshire weekly newspaper have swapped roles today.

Phil Morey has decided to step down as the editor of The Comet with his deputy, Darren Isted, taking control.

Phil, (52), will now revert to a three-day week as deputy to give him more time to look after an elderly relative.
