It's all white in Buckinghamshire

The Bucks Herald went bright white for the Queen's Golden Jubilee.

A special edition of the paper on Wednesday featured 20 pages of the weekly broadsheet dedicated to its coverage of street parties, fetes and festivities honouring Her Majesty.

And it was topped off by printing the front page on high quality white paper.

Editor David Summers said: "It was a great idea by our newspaper sales manager Sue Boyce who wanted to do something different for the jubilee.

"The front page stood out by a mile when compared to other newspapers on the shelves, and had great souvenir value.

"The efforts of the team were superb during the bank holiday weekend - and the paper looked fantastic with a sea of faces and red, white and blue. They were all justifiably proud of their work."
