Londoners tempted by East Anglian property mag

A new monthly East Anglian property magazine has been launched for North London.

The publication, Norfolk and North Suffolk Property, proved to be a winner when the first edition was distributed as an insert to the Hampstead and Highgate Express.

The project involved the co-operation of two different divisions of Archant, formerly ecng.

This meant that 37 pages of advertising in the 48-page London publication were sold to East Anglian estate agents in the hope of selling their properties to North London clients.

The business enterprise was co-ordinated by Norfolk property field sales manager Christopher Sefton.

He said; "It's the first time we've teamed up with another Archant division with such a venture. If successful, it will become a regular publication.

"The project is a good example of cross company collaboration and a good start for our Archant principles."

A 56-page issue is planned for March..
