100-up for Bristol Beehive

A community Internet network is celebrating its 100th web page.

The Beehive - part of the Evening Post's This is Bristol website is making it possible for organisations with no in-depth knowledge of the world wide web to get their web pages on line free of charge.

The 100 in the Beehive so far include sports clubs, youth groups, schools, charities, residents' groups and religious organisations.

It also hosts free advice sessions for technical novices.

Community publishing co-ordinator Tim Morgan said: "You don't have to be an expert - just follow the instructions and a website can be created in no time."
