Country Reflections website is a winner

Country Reflections, a website started by a former reporter on the SheffieldStar and Bournemouth Daily Echo, has already been named one of the country'stop sites - just months after it was launched.

Country Reflections, the brainchild of David Kavanagh, 38, was given itsfirst national plug by HoldtheFrontPage in March (see stories listed under"Sheffield Star" after selecting "daily newspapers" from the "by title" option of our news link on the left hand side of this page).

Now UK Plus, one of Britain's topsearch directories, has chosen the online forum out of thousands reviewed to be itsweekend top site.

Kavanagh, who lives in Buckinghamshire, said:"It is a tremendous boost forsomething which is so new. I try to ensure there is always plenty to read onthe site - which is where journalists can score over the internet'spurveyors of pap."
