The UK's internet industry has suffered another blow with the closure ofthe-bullet.com, an online media news service specialising in broadcast, newmedia and print information.

Launched in May, the site is thought to have suffered from a lackof commercial interest. Media Week says the management team is reported to be stillbe in place but journalists working on the site are understood to have beenmade redundant.

The closure follows the failure of boo.comand suggestions that the internet industry will be hit by a series ofclosures as funding dries up.
