The list of speakers for next year's 'Future of Journalism' conference in Cardiff has been announced.
They include James Curran who is professor of communications at Goldsmith's College at the University of London.
He is currently the UK representative on the European Commission Committee promoting research on broadcasting in Central and Eastern Europe.
James has also written 18 books including Media and Cultural Theory and Mass Media and Society.
Joining James at Cardiff University will be Bettina Peter who is director of the Global Forum for Media Development – a network of 500 media assistance organisations.
