Newspaper publisher launches recruitment website

Regional newspaper publisher Newsquest has launched a job-finder website for the south west of England.

Called jobsSW.co.uk, it is aimed at both job seekers and business looking for new staff.

The site also provides information about the main towns and counties in the region.

It is designed to provide information on the decision-making criteria for anyone wanting to relocate - such as maps, house prices, schools and crime rates.

Newsquest Somerset managing director Vincent Boni said: "We deliver a unique experience for people looking for work, either from within or outside of the region.

"The south west offers everyone with talent the opportunity to have a really healthy career path.

"We have added value to the traditional jobs search portal, by integrating other factors to consider when making work-life decisions."
