Claim for further damages over message board slur is rejected

In 2004 the former NATO Secretary reached an out-of-court agreement with the Scottish title, accepting a £25,000 payout after allegations about him were posted anonymously on the paper's online message board in response to an article relating to the Dunblane massacre.
