The campaign aims to make it safer and easier for girls to get home after a night out and so far 18 nightclubs and pubs, six private hire firms and representatives of four hackney carriage associations have signed up.
The initiatives include paying for taxi journeys in advance, nightclubs providing a free phone for lone females to call a cab and door staff being trained to look out for vulnerable females.
Billie told the Post: "I have seen trouble in taxi queues, where people just want to get home and there aren't enough taxis to go round, and there always seems to be a bit of aggro.
"Sometimes drivers don't give women priority but without an organised system I suppose it must be difficult.
"It's great that ClubSafe is getting people together to work a proper system out."
Former EastEnders love rat Dan Sullivan, played by actor Craig Fairbrass, and girl band Atomic Kitten, have also supported the initiative.
Together with Avon and Somerset Constabulary the Evening Post is offering readers the chance to buy half-price personal safety alarms for just £5.
So far 4,200 Godfather III-T flashing personal safety alarms have been sold.
