A trip to the European Parliament in Belgium is up for grabs in a student journalism competition.
Writers from across the EU can enter the award scheme which is being run by the Jesuit Refugee Service on the theme of 'Access to Asylum'.
The authors of the three best articles, which must be no longer than 1,200 words, will be invited to Brussels to attend a prize giving ceremony.
They will meet members of the jury and visit Jesuit Refugee Service Belgium which works with detainees held in detention centres.
The three winning articles will also be circulated to the service's press network throughout Europe.
The overall winner will also be invited to a refugee camp, in Malawi, as the guest of JRS Southern Africa where they will meet refugees and local media.
JRS will also advertise and circulate material written by the winner during this trip.
It is open to any student at a UK higher education institute or anyone who has graduated within the last 12 months.
For further details and to download an application form visit the JRS website - deadline is February 22.
