The shortlist for the EDF Energy South West Media Awards broadcast categories for 2007 is revealed today.
Many broadcasters in the region chose to enter their work for categories where they will compete with their local print rivals.
But in the broadcast-only categories, the list of nominees is as follows:
TV Journalist of the Year:

Duncan Sleightholme, ITV WestCountry Live

TV News or Current Affairs Programme of the Year:
James Garrett: "Hey Big Spender" - West Eye View.
Nat Low: "Porky Pies" - West Eye View
