The category of Best use of CD-Rom in the Newspaper Society 2000 New Media Awards was won by Grimsby and Scunthorpe Newspapers for their CD-Rom New Media business card.

Judges said the winner showed consistency in terms of the design and navigation, provided easy links to the company’s websites and was produced in a handy business card size.
