A Sunday newspaper has launched a new magazine series showcasing the top attractions in Scotland.
The Sunday Post’s four-part series ‘Scotland’s Gems’ is described as an “essential region-by-region guide to hundreds of top attractions as well as quirkier little-known venues”.
It features attractions including Edinburgh Castle and the Est Highland Way, as well as guides to the best views and recommendations from readers.
The series by the Dundee-based Post will also showcase the best of Scottish food, hospitality and accommodation.
The first part – featuring Tayside, Angus & Fife – appeared inside yesterday’s edition.
Other regions covered in subsequent editions will be Glasgow and West & Central Scotland, Aberdeen, the North-East and the Highlands & Islands, and Edinburgh, the Lothians & Borders.
The series will culminate in a giant fold-out map of Scotland, free with the paper on 2 April, detailing all of the ‘Gems’ featured in the magazines.
