Representatives from publishers of Scottish weekly titles are set to meet in Glasgow today.
The Scottish Newspaper Society is holding its inaugural weekly publishers’ conference at the offices of Media Scotland.
Representatives from Scottish Provincial Press, Romanes Media and Johnston Press will be attending, as well as those from smaller independent titles.
Speakers include former Glasgow-based Herald editor and IPSO’s Scottish board member, Charles McGhee; Police Scotland’s new head of corporate communications, Alison Shields; and MediaForce’s regional director, Simon Ridley-Thomas.
