Chancellor George Osborne is to be the guest speaker at this year’s Newspaper Conference annual lunch next month.

Chaired by Annabelle Dickson of Archant, the Conference is made up of London-based correspondents of regional press titles and holds regular lunches with senior politicians.

The Chancellor will be guest of honour at this year’s lunch which takes place on 19 November.

Previous guest speakers in recent years have included David Cameron, Ed Miliband and Nick Clegg.
