Five weekly titles which previously had newspaper-branded websites have come together under one new-look site.

The new Getwestlondon site has been launched today by Trinity Mirror Southern to bring together the Harrow Observer, Hounslow Chronicle, Fulham and Hammersmith Chronicle, Uxbridge Gazette and Ealing Gazette.

The website has been created under the roll-out of new-look sites across Trinity Mirror’s regional titles since the start of the year with the Escenic web content management system.

It comes after the launch of a new shared GetBucks website for the Buckinghamshire Advertiser and Buckinghamshire Examiner last month, which both previously had their own sites.

The new-look Getwestlondon site aims to have a less cluttered design, an in-depth listings guide for West London, story pages for each area in the community and a greater emphasis on new and recently updated stories.

Its mobile site has also been refreshed and readers can sign up to a new weekly email newsletter, while the site also includes full-screen picture galleries which are mobile and tablet friendly.
