The biggest journalism training conference of the year is now open for early bird bookings at a reduced rate.
Belfast will host this year’s Journalism Skills Conference which is run by the National Council for the Training of Journalists and will round off the organisation’s 60th anniversary celebrations.
It takes place in the city on 30 November and 1 December and visits iconic local venues including the Northern Ireland Assembly at Stormont and Belfast City Hall.
The packed programme will feature speakers from the world of politics and the media and will also celebrate the journalism training which takes place in Northern Ireland.
An early booking discount of up to 15pc is being offered by the NCTJ and for the first time there is also the option to include hotel accommodation at a preferential rate.
Media professionals can also choose to just attend the gala dinner on the evening of 30 November and a discount is available for table bookings of 10.
