Television News Cameraman of the Year

Judges said they were “extremely disappointed” that this category attracted so few entries. Both the award winners submitted some “excellent” work, they said.

Winner: Richard Longstaff, BBC Wales. He was praised for “some moving images to accompany a powerful story on paedophile priests”.

Highly commended: Barry Davies, HTV Wales
