A seminar and debate entitled Online’s Evolution is to take place in the newsroom of The Guardian in London on Wednesday March 8.
The MediaTel event will ben chaired by the BBC’s media correspondent Torin Douglas, with the panel including media commentator Ray Snoddy, i-level founder Andrew Walmsley, and AOL senior vice-president Andy Jonesco. Topics under discussion include ad revenue share, broadband and audience research.


Google’s director of strategic partner development Rabin Yaghoubiat has met the Newspaper Society to outline the relevance of Google’s business strategy to the newspaper business. He addressed a meeting of the Newspaper Society’s Council, which meets four times a year.
