Veteran football reporter Roy Webster, (71), has rigged up scaffolding to save himself from having to perch on the top of a ladder to report on matches.
He has been banned from the ground of Wroxham Football Club but is continuing to report for the Norwich Evening News and its Pink ‘Un.

It is now one of the most successful appeals ever run by the paper and is hoping to raise a total of £250,000.

Plans have been put forward to covert it into a restaurant and café bar.
