More than 200 books on public and media relations have been donated to the School of Journalism, Media and Cultural studies at Cardiff University.
They are a gift from Tim Traverse-Healy OBE, the retired public relations executive who is credited as a founder of the PR industry in Great Britain.
He was awarded an honorary professorship by Cardiff University several years ago and holds a similar award from Sterling University in Scotland.
A former president and founder of the Institute of Public Relations, Prof Traverse-Healy is also advising the department on its new Masters Degree in International Public Relations.
