A regular HoldTheFrontPage reader spotted an in-house advertisement in the newspaper on Friday May 5 for its calendar for next year.

It is already on sale from quality newsagents and the newspaper’s own offices and shops. A coupon has also appeared in the paper for readers near and far to buy the £2.95 calendar by mail order. The calendar features 28 full colour Westcountry views.

Our source said: “I know it’s a beautiful part of the world, and Western Morning News books and photos are always in high demand – but we’ve only just had Easter!”
